Give your lifted Ford F250/350 or Excursion a smooth ride with our 1350 series double cardan CV rear driveshaft. This is a direct bolt in replacement that will work with the factory flanges on both the transfercase and differential. The flanged CV head is made with 1350 series u-joints and the single joint flange at the differential side is 1410 series. We use NEAPCO solid-cross u-joints and 3.5"x.083" DOM tubing to build this shaft. These shafts offer strength, longevity, and a smooth ride. Each shaft is built to order per your length measurement. Transfercase Flange: 2.688" Pilot Diameter, 4.25" Bolt Circle, M12-1.75 Threaded Holes
Pinion Flanges:
3-2-1839: 2.953" Pilot, 4.75" Bolt Cicle, .500" Drilled Bolt Holes
3-2-1819: 2.00" Pilot, 4.25" Bolt Circle, .500" Drilled Bolt Holes
No Flange: Bare 1410 U-Joint (For standard pinion yoke with bolts and strap type hardware)
Assuming you have the factory transfercase and differential, the measurement for this shaft is very simple. All you need to do is measure from transfer case flange face to pinion flange face with your vehicle on the ground at ride-height. Check the product photos for our measurement diagram.
